Australian Standards state fire extinguishers in all commercial property require servicing every 6 Months and Annually. Other fire equipment sometimes more often.

Our scheduling system means it's up to us to ensure your site is serviced on-time every time! The month your site is due for servicing one of our friendly staff will be in contact to arrange a suitable time for access. We will then arrive at the agreed time to carry out servicing limiting disruption for your buisness.

All of our evacuation diagrams are sent through to the client for a draft inspection. It's at this point the client can make any changes.

Once we have the final approval in writing from our client, we process the printing and arrange installation on site. Once the final print is finalised additional fees will be incurred for any changes due to software costs and printing. If the error is on our end we will wave any additional expenses.

Yes, all of our work is backed by a comprehensive warranty to give you peace of mind. We cover labor and materials for a specified period, and we’ll provide a detailed warranty package upon project completion.
